I had received a voucher via email which stated $20 off any service and a book now button. I used this to book my spray tan. Upon presentation of the voucher I was advised that it did not apply to spray tan services. It is absolutely fine to exclude certain services from any offer, but this should be clearly noted and in this case it was not. I would recommend including a link to any terms and conditions or explicitly outlining those in any future offers to help avoid confusion.
